Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Poof service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Poof turns kids' drawings and photos into magical creations using AI. Available products include transforming a drawing into a 3D character, creating coloring pages from photos, and more products to come. The service operates on a token-based system.

3. Age & Responsibility

The service is intended for parents and adults (age 18 and above). Children are not direct users of the service — parents upload images on their behalf and manage the account. By registering you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts & Tokens

Upon registration, a family account is created for the user with free tokens. No credit card required. Additional token packs can be purchased.

Tokens represent prepaid credit for use on the Poof platform. The number of tokens required for each product or service is determined by Poof and may be adjusted at any time. Token purchases are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tokens are non-transferable. Tokens do not expire.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload. By uploading images, you grant Poof a license to process them using AI for the purpose of creating the requested product. You retain full ownership of your original images.

AI-generated outputs belong to you for personal use. All outputs are private by default. If you choose to opt in to sharing, Poof may use the outputs for marketing and service improvement purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights. Do not upload images of people without their consent. Poof reserves the right to remove content and block accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Poof provides the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate AI outputs, or service interruptions. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and we do not guarantee any specific result.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. In case of material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Changes to token costs for products are not considered material changes.
