Refund Policy

1. Unused Tokens
Purchased tokens that have not been used are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Partially Used Packs
If you have used some tokens from a pack, the refund will be calculated for unused tokens only, at the per-token rate of the pack you purchased (not face value).
3. Used Tokens
Tokens that have already been used to generate products are not refundable, as processing costs have been incurred.
4. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to an error on our end, tokens will be automatically refunded to your account.
5. Free Tokens
Free tokens granted upon registration are not eligible for monetary refund.
6. Token Expiry
Purchased and granted tokens do not expire. There is no expiration date.
7. Price Changes
Token costs for products may change from time to time. For more details, see Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
8. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email info@poof.media with your purchase details. We will process your request within 5 business days.
